Karen Corliss is a maker, event producer, engineer, community manager, planner, organizer of people, things and ideas and Founder of [ i am a maker ], a Longmont based nonprofit.    She sews and tinkers with just about anything and is an advocate for makers and creators to grow their craft, skills and ideas in their own unique way. She creates environments and events that encourage experimentation and play to encourage life long learning and service back to the community.
