Enjoy this culinary journey with SAFFRON!   Live music from I and the Many provided during and after the dinner. Come early for drinks if you like! 

First course: a savory roasted butternut squash and toasted saffron Bisque. 

Second course: halved grilled baby iceberg salad with shaved parmesan, cherry tomatoes, and saffron vinaigrette

Third course: sweet and savory Crostinis with candied pecans in saffron honey, cranberry and goat cheese, sauteed walnut with saffron butter, red chili flakes and goat cheese. 

Fourth course: seared pork tenderloin with saffron paremesan rice, pear chutney and baked brussel sprouts. (Vegetarian Mushroom dish available upon request)

Fifth course: rose and saffron ice cream topped with candied lemon peel.
